Rental age

• 22 years old for economy group vehicles (Renault Clio, VW Polo, Nissan Micra, etc.)
• Age 23 for middle group vehicles (Renault Megane, Opel Astra, VW Golf, Toyota Corolla, etc.)
• Age 25 for middle-upper group vehicles (Skoda Superb, VW Passat, etc.)
• Age 27 and over for upper group vehicles (Mercedes Benz C Class, BMW 3 Series, etc.)
• Age 30 and over for luxury group vehicles (Volvo XC90, Volvo S90, Mercedes Benz E Class, etc.)

 

Credit Card Usage, Deposit and Provision Amounts

Our rental customers are asked to have a credit card issued in their name during the rental. This credit card must be open for internet use. Depending on the group of the vehicle they rent from this credit card, a pre-authorization of 4000 TL for economic, middle class, 6000 and 15000 TL for upper and luxury group vehicles will be taken. The provision payment is automatically refunded to the credit card 10 business days after the end of your rental. The pre-authorization is taken as a sales transaction, but before that, for a safe driving and rental, financial analysis of our customers who have not rented a car from our company in the last 6 months will be made through the findeks.com website. If the report submission is not approved by you or the financial analysis result does not meet the TORLAK AUTO Rent a car car rental conditions, the vehicle will not be delivered even if the reservation has been made.

 

Driving License Duration

• At least 2 years old for economic group vehicles
• At least 3 years for medium group vehicles
• For upper and luxury group vehicles, it will be required to have a driver's license for at least 5 years.

Since the above prerequisites will be sought during the rental, you can pick up the vehicle only if you have your driver's license, ID card and credit card with you. Customers who are not Turkish citizens are required to have a passport and a document showing that the date of entry into Turkey is less than 6 months. Customers with more than 6 months in Turkey with a foreign driver's license are required to show a Turkish driver's license.

 

Prepaid Reservation Conditions

The credit card holder (user name must be written on the card) and the person who will buy the vehicle must be the same. The payment credit card will be requested to be presented at the office. For payments made with virtual cards, the identity of the cardholder will be confirmed from the banking applications on the mobile phones of the relevant bank at the branch.

For cancellation requests made up to 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up, the first three days' rental fee (with all extras) will be collected and the remaining amount will be refunded. If there is less than 24 hours left, no refund will be provided on the reservation price. No refund is provided in case of early return of the vehicle for reservations made at a special promotional price.

 

Pay-on-Site Booking Conditions

You can cancel free of charge. In order to finalize your reservation, payment of the rental fee may be requested by our authorities 24 hours before your rental. If you do not want to pay, your reservation may be canceled by us. Cancellation notifications must be made in writing to the e-mail address or verbally to our reservation center via 0850 346 00 53.

All prices you see on the website include the following services and products:

• Deductible Accident Coverage

Deductible Accident Coverage covers collision damage. If the conditions of the assurance are met, the customer is compensated for a certain amount of the damage caused by the collision, depending on the vehicle group. This assurance does not cover non-collision damages (mini damages in the parking lot, damages to tire glass headlights, interior damages, etc.).

• VAT

 

ATTENTION!

In the following cases, the Deductible Accident Coverage will be invalid and the customer will be responsible for the loss incurred:

• The use of the vehicle by anyone other than the persons whose names are written on the lease contract,
• Use of the vehicle outside of normal operating conditions (driving with high engine temperature, poor road conditions or driving on flat tires, improper fueling of the vehicle, and other similar situations),
• Using the vehicle outside the traffic rules (exceeding the legal speed limit, running red lights and other similar violations),
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
• A load carried in the vehicle causing damage or an accident,
• Careless and imprudent use of the vehicle (failure to adjust speed according to road conditions in wet weather, failure to follow the vehicle in front at a minimum safety distance and other similar uses),
• Failure to report an accident or theft immediately to the contact phones to be provided to the customer, abandonment of the vehicle at the scene of the accident (except in the case of a disabling condition determined by a doctor's report),
• Failure to obtain the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol reports) from the relevant authorities within 48 hours after an accident,
• Failure to return the original key in case the vehicle is stolen.
• Failure to return the vehicle without approval and despite the end of the lease period,
• Damage to the vehicle or the other party due to the loads carried in the vehicle,
• Damage to tires, glass or headlights is not included in the Deductible Accident Coverage. This coverage can be purchased separately.
• Damages to 3rd parties are covered under the compulsory financial liability insurance coverage. The customer is responsible for the amounts outside the coverage limits.

 

TORLAK AUTO Services and Products Excluded from Rent a car Prices

• No Deductible Accident Coverage (Top Cover CDW)

In the event of an accident, it eliminates the lessee's liability, which varies depending on the leased vehicle group.

• Mini Damage Assurance

It is an assurance package that covers mini damages up to 25,000 TL incurred in places such as parking lots etc. without any collision with a third party, with the declaration of the customer. There is no need for a report. If the amount of damage is over 25,000 TL, a report is required.

• Theft Assurance

It provides coverage for "compensation for loss of business" arising during the period between the theft of the vehicle and the payment of the insurance.

• Third Party Liability Assurance

Material damages caused by the vehicle to third parties are covered within the limits set by the compulsory traffic insurance. You can increase this limit up to 350,000 TL per accident.

• One Way Fee

If the vehicle is to be rented or delivered at a point other than the specified stations, a one-way fee will apply. (Please check with us for availability).

• Fuel

Vehicles are collected in the same way as they are delivered in line with mutual trust. For example; it is delivered with a full tank of fuel and the full tank is requested to be returned. If the vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and returned to us with an incomplete tank of fuel, 150 TL "Refueling Service Fee" will be requested from the renter in addition to the calculated fuel price. It will be much more economical for the renter to deliver the vehicle with the fuel level it was received.

• Out-of-Hours Service Fee Charges

Between 21:00 p.m. and 09:00 a.m., the service is off-hours and the customer is charged 24 euros for both delivery and return of the vehicle between these hours.

• HGS

For the HGS service used for toll highway and bridge crossings, a usage fee and an additional commission fee are charged.

• Additional KM Package

Limited mileage is applied in your rentals. It is 200 km per day, but after 5 days, the daily mileage determined by the system according to the vehicle group varies. You can do a maximum of 3,500 km in one rental. If you exceed the mileage, you will be charged 7 TL/km.

• Additional Drive

An additional 3 drivers can be added for a fee upon presentation of a driver's license and compliance with the rental prerequisites (except for the deposit prerequisite).

• Baby and Child Seat

Baby and child seats can be provided in the vehicles. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you about the subject.

 

- Requests for Amendments to the Lease Agreement

In cases where it is not operationally feasible to meet a requested change (vehicle reservation, maintenance mileage, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, this may incur an additional charge as it will change the initial price calculation. A change in any of the following conditions may change the rental conditions. The request for extension of the rental period is received by phone for the first extension and approved with a fee. In subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to the TORLAK AUTO Rent a car office where the vehicle is received and checked. The rental period is 24 hours. For each hour of late delivery, an amount of 30% of the daily rental fee may be requested. For late deliveries exceeding 4 hours, a full day fee is charged. Delays in the delivery of the vehicle without approval may cause the purchased guarantees to be deactivated and may cause additional hourly difference fees to arise.

• Traffic Ticket Service Charge

The tenant is responsible for the traffic fines incurred during your rental period and arising from the use of the vehicle, even if TORLAK AUTO Rent a car pays the penalty fee to the relevant institution, the penalty fee will be requested separately from the tenant. Due to the expenses incurred during the payment of the traffic fine, a service fee of 150 TL / number of fines will be requested from the tenant in addition to the fine amount.

• Reservation Terms

Reservations made through our website are valid under the following conditions:

The information entries you make on our website are made in a secure environment. Following the completion of the reservation, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified that the reservation has been received as specified. You must keep this e-mail, you will not be able to access this e-mail again through the site. In case of any discrepancy in reservation information such as price, vehicle group, rental dates, TORLAK AUTO Rent a car records will be taken as basis. TORLAK AUTO Rent a car will not be held responsible for typographical errors or possible missing information. In case of a request to change the conditions of the reservation you have made (changing the return date before or after, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, request to add an additional driver to the contract), the request cannot be met, and if it is met, an additional fee may be charged or a discount in the rental price may not be made. All prices you see on our website include Exempt Accident Assurance, VAT and the right to use the specified mileage. In case of a change on the rental day during the reservation and rental phase, the standard list price specified in the rental contract will be applied. The rental contract will be signed during the rental. Even if you have made a reservation, TORLAK AUTO rent a car may not deliver the vehicle when deemed necessary. Although it is not a common practice, the selected vehicle brand and model in your reservation can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.
